Personal Training is a great way to assess your goals and progress whilst knowing you're in safe and knowledgeable hands.
Our very popular 3 sessions for $99 is recomended for anyone looking into personal training options!
What you can expect:
On your first session the trainer will do a fitness assesment to find your starting point and to assess your fitness goals.
We then write you up a personal program and structure the sessions around your availabilty.
We know you are busy, so 30 minute session are available across the day!
If you are new to training, our staff are incredibly friendly and we pride ourselves on our 'no attitude' gym. Drop by and see for yourself!
